Dr. Eric Li
Eric Li is founder and managing partner of Chengwei Capital. Chengwei is a leading investor in the open-source semiconductor space, being the early investor in both SiFive and StarFive.
Mr. Li serves on the board of the RISC-V International. He is a trustee of Fudan University’s China Institute and serves as chairman of its advisory council. He also serves on the boards of Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business, Asia Society Hong Kong, and the International Institute for Strategic Studies (IISS).
Mr. Li received his BA in Economics from University of California, Berkeley, MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business, and PhD in political science from Fudan University. He is a frequent contributor to the Foreign Affairs, Foreign Policy, New York Times, and Financial Times.
